Marketing Operations Executive – HubSpot
Salary c£40k Basic + 10% Bonus and Benefits
Hybrid working – 3 days on the Central London office (Tues, Weds, Thurs)
*You must have 2+ years HubSpot experience to be considered*
Build the engine that powers growth
While others chase leads, you’ll be architecting the systems that generate them. As HubSpot Marketing Technology Executive for my client, you’ll design intelligent workflows, uncover insights in data, and build marketing operations that scale.
This isn’t about sending emails—it’s about creating marketing infrastructure that drives real pipeline value.
What you’ll need
Essential:
- 2+ years with marketing automation platforms (Ideally HubSpot, but will consider Marketo, Pardot)
- CRM experience, ideally Salesforce
- Strong analytical and data management skills
- GDPR awareness and process-driven mindset
Bonus:
- Analytics tools (GA4, Tableau, Power BI)
- CMS/SEO knowledge (WordPress, Google Tag Manager)
- A/B testing experience
- Relevant certifications
What you’ll do
Architect marketing systems
Own the CRM and marketing automation (HubSpot + Salesforce). Build intelligent nurture sequences, design lead scoring models, and ensure data flows seamlessly from marketing to sales.
Turn data into decisions
Create dashboards that matter. Track leads through every funnel stage, identify drop-offs, and optimize relentlessly using attribution models and conversion tracking.
Solve and improve
Diagnose issues before they escalate—whether it’s scoring models, workflow errors, or data quality problems. Then build processes to prevent recurrence.
Experiment with what’s next
Test AI tools, new integrations, and conversion optimization platforms. Propose ideas, run pilots, implement what works.
